By installing, accessing, or using the Clickforce DSP Report Google Sheets™ add-on ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-on.
The Add-on is provided by Clickforce Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

You agree to use the Add-on only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:
The Add-on stores your Clickforce DSP credentials (email and encrypted password) in your Google Apps Script™ UserProperties to enable automatic re-authentication and scheduled updates. By logging in, you consent to this storage. You may revoke this at any time by logging out through the Add-on sidebar, which deletes all stored credentials.
Report data displayed by the Add-on is retrieved from the Clickforce DSP API. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The Clickforce DSP report API may have a data delay of approximately one hour compared to real-time campaign data.
The Add-on depends on the availability of the Clickforce DSP API and Google Apps Script™ infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Add-on may be temporarily unavailable due to:
The scheduled auto-update feature runs on Google Apps Script™ time-driven trigger system. Execution timing may vary within a one-hour window of the configured time. Scheduled updates require valid stored credentials; if your Clickforce DSP password changes, you must log in again through the Add-on sidebar.
The Add-on and all associated code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Clickforce Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clickforce Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-on.
The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clickforce Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Add-on or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Sheets™ document.
Upon termination, your stored credentials will remain in your UserProperties until you explicitly log out or uninstall the Add-on.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
